Thanks for all the early responses! The maintenance cost point is really valid. I hadn’t considered that Google would need to maintain real-time data across thousands of charging stations. That adds a whole layer of complexity I didn’t initially think about. It makes me wonder if the limited rollout is partly due to resource constraints.
