Just spotted this stunning Fjord Green 2024 Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS and I’m absolutely blown away. This is the real deal – the Weissach package combined with the Manthey Racing upgrades makes this one of the most track-focused Caymans ever produced. The Fjord Green paint is absolutely gorgeous, really sets it apart from the typical blacks and silvers you see.

For those unfamiliar, this is the ultimate naturally-aspirated 4.0L flat-six engine producing 493 hp. The GT4 RS is already legendary for its performance, but with the Manthey package? We’re talking serious motorsport DNA here. The aerodynamics package, suspension tuning, and overall refinement are just next level.

The Weissach package adds carbon fiber components throughout – front bumper trim, side skirts, and other weight-saving elements. Combined with the Manthey setup, this car is engineered to be driven hard. The lightweight wheels, upgraded braking system, and track-focused suspension geometry mean this is built for the circuit.

What really got me is the condition and the color. Fjord Green is such a distinctive choice – it photographs beautifully and has real presence on the road. Not many owners go for this color, so it’s already a collector’s piece in my book. The spec sheet shows all the performance upgrades, and everything appears to be in excellent condition.

I’m curious what everyone else thinks about this particular example. The Manthey partnership with Porsche has produced some incredible machines, and this 718 feels like the pinnacle of the model’s evolution. Has anyone here tracked one of these? Would love to hear about real-world performance and whether the package lives up to the hype.

That Fjord Green is absolutely stunning. I’ve seen pictures of this color combo before but never in person. The Manthey package really elevates the 718 to another level – this isn’t just a sports car, it’s a purpose-built track weapon. The naturally-aspirated engine is the last of its kind in Porsche’s lineup, so this car has real collectibility written all over it.

The maintenance costs on these Manthey cars are no joke. I’ve been looking at similar Porsche track cars and the specialized servicing, brake fluid changes, tire replacements, and general upkeep can run $5k-$8k annually depending on usage. Factor that into your budget if you’re seriously considering one.

Beautiful spec, but I have to be honest – I’m not convinced the Manthey package justifies the premium you’re paying. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a fantastic car, but for track work you could get a base GT4 RS and do custom tuning for less money. The Weissach package alone adds significant cost. Still gorgeous though!

Thanks for the replies, everyone! I should clarify – I’m not looking to purchase necessarily, just fascinated by how Porsche and Manthey work together on these projects. The engineering is what really interests me. The fact that this still maintains some everyday usability while being so track-capable is remarkable. That’s why I wanted to share it with the community.

This is peak Porsche engineering right here. The 4.0L naturally-aspirated engine is the heart of it all – 493 hp of pure mechanical beauty. No turbo, no hybrid assistance. Just raw, honest performance. That’s increasingly rare in today’s market and it makes this car special.

Question for anyone who knows – how does the Manthey package compare to similar upgrades from other manufacturers? I’m curious if it’s truly the best or if there are other competitive options out there for track-focused Caymans.

The Weissach package details are incredible. Carbon fiber upgrades throughout, weight savings, and the aerodynamic tuning. Combined with Fjord Green, this is genuinely one of the most special 718 Caymans ever made. I’d love to see this at a track event.

The 718 GT4 RS was already perfect in my opinion. Adding Manthey on top of that feels like gilding the lily. That said, this particular example looks immaculate and the color is absolutely perfect. If I were buying one of these, I’d probably just go with the base GT4 RS spec and pocket the difference.

The condition shown in these photos is exceptional. Whoever has been maintaining this car has done an incredible job. Everything looks factory-fresh, which on a track-focused car like this is impressive. That attention to detail speaks volumes about the previous owner.

The green paint alone makes this worth discussing. Fjord Green on a high-performance Porsche is the kind of tasteful choice that will age incredibly well. In 5-10 years, this will be even more sought-after than it is now. Bold color choices on special cars always become more valuable.

I actually disagree with some of the hype around the Manthey package. Don’t get me wrong, it’s well-executed, but the real value is in the base GT4 RS already. The Manthey additions feel incremental rather than transformative. The car would be nearly as good without dropping that extra cash.

Anyone else think the naturally-aspirated engine is the best part of this car? In an era of turbos and hybrids, having 493 hp from a pure combustion engine is genuinely special. This car feels like the last of a generation, which adds to its appeal as a collector’s piece.

Track performance numbers on this Manthey spec are insane. The suspension geometry, the brake setup, the aerodynamic package – everything works together to shave seconds off lap times. If you’re serious about circuit work, this is one of the best platforms in its class.

The Weissach package details are what really caught my eye. Carbon fiber components, weight reduction, refined aerodynamics – this is Porsche’s way of saying ‘we took this seriously.’ Combined with Fjord Green and the Manthey setup, this is genuinely a special car.
