Record paycheck seems excessive regardless of metrics hit. There’s always a limit to what makes sense from a corporate governance perspective. Just my opinion.
I own a 2023 Ford F-150 and honestly haven’t had any issues. If Farley’s compensation is tied to quality and my experience is evidence of that working, then good for him.
