I’m actually considering one for our small farming operation. We mostly operate within a 50-mile radius, so range isn’t an issue. The lower maintenance costs and quiet operation appeal to me, especially for early morning work that doesn’t disturb neighbors.
Everyone’s focused on the price, but what about the towing capacity? Can the electric drivetrain handle the same payload as the diesel? That’s the real dealbreaker for most commercial users.
