Thanks for the early responses everyone! I appreciate both sides of the debate. I think what sold me on this particular build is that it wasn’t butchered – the work looks professional and clean. The Corvette body remains untouched, which is important to me. For someone who wants to actually drive their classic rather than trailer it everywhere, this seems like the sweet spot.
