I’m curious about the durability of those new materials in extreme temperatures. Desert heat and high elevation can be tough on cabin materials. Hope Ford tested this extensively.
Storage is another factor. Diesel takes up less space than LNG would for equivalent energy. On a ship where every cubic meter counts, this matters significantly.
