Was this the 2009 incident or the more recent one? Because if they confused those two specifically, that’s a pretty big blunder given how different the circumstances were.
The 2002 deserves all the respect it gets. It’s a proper driver’s car and the aftermarket support is still strong. Parts availability is honestly better than you’d expect for a car from the 1970s.
