I owned a ’95 Ram 2500 for seven years. Great truck overall, but I spent serious money on transmission repairs. The 5-speed manual held up better than the automatics, but eventually everything wears out. Budget accordingly.
Towing capacity matters to me. What’s the current Atlas rated for, and will the new generation improve on that? I need something that can handle a reasonable trailer.
