The real problem is planned obsolescence. Companies want you to buy a new car every 5-7 years, so they don’t build components to last 15+ years. If they wanted to, they absolutely could make indestructible parts.
I think the prices are getting ridiculous. These vehicles are selling for dealer markup prices now. You’re not getting a deal buying from BaT anymore, you’re just getting convenience.
