3 weeks seems long. I’m going to try calling some dealers outside my immediate area to see if I can get in sooner. With kids in the car regularly, I’d feel better getting this handled quickly.
My husband drives a 2024 Pacifica and we’re definitely concerned about this. We have two kids who ride in that vehicle almost daily. Safety is not something to compromise on. Getting it fixed first thing Monday morning.
