I have to respectfully push back on the market trends analysis. I think the data being cited was from a limited sample size and doesn’t reflect the broader market reality.
The Dubai market is completely disconnected from reality when it comes to pricing. People there seem to throw money at anything that looks exclusive. This is just Alfa Romeo capitalizing on that.
