I’d love to see the acceleration data. 0-60 times, quarter-mile times, top speed – those are the numbers that matter in a performance benchmark. Electric motors have immediate torque, so I’m genuinely curious how that translates on a real track.
I disagree with those saying it’s unfair to compare. Heritage is what differentiates Jaguar. If they abandon that heritage completely, they become just another EV maker. The new GT absolutely should honor the design legacy of the E-Type and XJ while being forward-thinking.
