Can we talk about the actual fines though? If they’re substantial, that’s a serious economic burden on people who chose bikes specifically to save money. Seems regressive.
I understand the environmental reasons, but losing automotive diversity isn’t always progress. Every manufacturer is making the same choices, and we’ll all end up driving nearly identical cars with different badges.
