Thanks for all the responses so far. I’ve been doing some more digging, and it looks like the investigation is specifically tied to model years 2022-2024. The federal regulators apparently found enough evidence from that initial complaint to warrant further investigation. I’m trying to stay neutral here, but it does seem like there might be more to the story than just one person’s complaint. Hopefully we’ll get more details soon.
