Both achievements are incredible but they represent different eras of automotive engineering. You can’t ignore the historical context. That said, the Sledgehammer absolutely deserves more recognition in performance car discussions.
Does anyone know the projected estimate for this auction? I’m trying to get a sense of the market value for a 1960 model in this condition. Trying to decide if no reserve makes it more likely to be undervalued or if it’s fairly priced already.
