I think they should have done something more innovative for the 30th anniversary. Just slapping a special badge seems lazy for such a milestone. The Tahoe is pushing boundaries – Ford needs to step up their game.
I’ve seen three Darrins in person and they never disappoint visually. The proportions are perfect. If you love it, that should be reason enough to pursue it.
These V12s are absolute classics but they’re thirsty for fuel and parts. You really need to be committed to keeping it maintained properly. Not a car for someone who just wants to park it and show it off.
These V12 engines were hand-built in many cases, which is amazing craftsmanship but also means finding replacement parts is complicated. Just something to keep in mind if you’re serious about ownership.
