Fuel economy is solid—I’m getting around 50 mpg combined with careful driving. Insurance groups are low which keeps premiums reasonable. For a second car or first-time buyer, it’s actually quite sensible.
The environmental angle here is interesting though. Higher biofuel blends do reduce carbon emissions compared to pure petroleum. Isn’t that worth some inconvenience and cost?
