I respectfully disagree about the maintenance costs being that high. My buddy had an Eclat for years and the costs were minimal – just regular oil changes, the occasional fuel filter, and normal consumables. These aren’t complicated cars at all. They’re actually quite simple by comparison to modern vehicles.
