I completely disagree with the idea that you need to drive slowly to preserve your vehicle. Modern engines are built for highway speeds. Driving at constant 70 mph is actually easier on the engine than constant stop-and-go city driving. Highway cruising is what these cars are optimized for.

Comparing to Broncos – the Scout is actually better value right now. Broncos have become super trendy and prices have skyrocketed. You can still find reasonable Scout IIs if you’re patient.
