I’m skeptical about the no-reserve aspect here. Fire trucks have very specific appeal, and outside of that niche, you’re looking at a 25-year-old truck with specialized equipment. I think this could go way lower than expected.
The maintenance cost on these can be brutal. Budget at least $2,000-3,000 annually for regular maintenance, and that’s before any major repairs. Oil changes, filter replacements, and brake service add up quickly on a Porsche.
